Q: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT?
A: Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM.
Q: IS EARLY CHECK-IN AVAILABLE?
A: Early check-in prior to 3P M is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Q: IS LATE CHECKOUT AVAILABLE?
A: Late checkout after 11 AM is available on a day-by-day basis for a fee.
Q: HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL?
A: You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to check in to a guest room.
Q: DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

A: We only allow 2 (two) dogs per booking. No cats are allowed.
Q: DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?
A: House of Mark is a 100% non-smoking holiday home. Smoking is not permitted either in guest rooms or areas near the property.
